You will be instrumental in shaping the future of learning within the company, translating complex information into accessible and interactive content that empowers professionals to excel.

This is a fully remote role, working EST hours.

**What You'll Do:**

* Conduct in-depth job and task analyses and needs assessments to define precise learning objectives and identify optimal training and performance improvement solutions.
* Collaborate closely with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts to develop comprehensive training curricula, establishing clear program goals, overarching objectives, and detailed module objectives.
* Design curriculum plans that foster sustained employee performance and long-term development, applying advanced instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
* Independently design and develop new training programs from inception, starting with formal training needs analysis.
* Strategize with Program Managers on appropriate instructional strategies, delivery methods, and media, considering audience characteristics, learning styles, content complexity, and learning stage.
* Design training primarily for self-paced, skill-based eLearning, while also incorporating multiple delivery modalities such as instructor-led, virtual classroom, and blended learning approaches.
* Partner with eLearning specialists to develop sophisticated eLearning programs and applications, ensuring highly interactive digital learning experiences.
* Review evaluation data, assessment results, and participant feedback to continuously assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
* Design robust evaluation strategies and measurement tools to confirm that targeted learning and performance outcomes are achieved, including support for creating valid, criterion-referenced assessments.

**What You'll Bring:**

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of instructional design experience.
* Demonstrated experience designing training for complex subject matter across multiple delivery modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced eLearning.
* Demonstrated proficiency with course authoring tools, graphics, animation, and audio editing software.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent creative, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
* Broad knowledge of instructional technologies and advanced proficiency in eLearning development tools, with the ability to extend standard functionality through limited custom programming.
* Clear and effective design of translating learning into Storyboards.
* Excellent ability to leverage Design Methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM.
* Strong ability to leverage AI tools for design and development.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, Veed, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

**Nice-to-Haves:**

* A Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
