This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to our team as a Software Engineer intern within State Street's Global Technology Services organization. What You Will Do:

In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:

  • Design and develop secure applications aligned with best practices and compliance standards and deploying to Cloud environments.

  • Build and manage databases using a combination of database technologies

  • Create responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular

  • Leverage AI/ML services on Azure /AWS to enhance application functionality, optimize workflows, or integrate intelligent features such as search, summarization, recommendations, or log analytics.

  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to design, refine, and evaluate prompts used in AIpowered features and automation

  • Write unit and integration tests

  • Participate in design and code reviews

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, identify risks, and deliver solutions

Education and Preferred Qualifications:

Salary Range:

$41,600 - $65,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
