Job description

Who we're looking for: An ambitious, competitive, confident, and coachable individual with a proactive approach who thrives on creating opportunities. As the Marketing Manager for Black Diamond Networks, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement marketing strategies that will help the company attract new clients and candidates. Your role will be critical in driving business growth and building the company's brand reputation. You will be expected to lead by influence, leveraging cross-functional resources and third-party vendors to execute your initiatives. Collaboration with the sales, recruiting and executive teams to optimize your spending and efforts to BDN's needs is a must.
What you'll do:
• Execute BDN's internal and external communications and integrated marketing campaigns for customers and contractors.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce BDN's brand and visual identity standards.
• Manage BDN's website (with BDN's outsourced web developer), intranet (with IT), digital marketing, and corporate social media, including content, SEO, AI optimization, and inbound lead management.
• Manage BDN's online reputation. Monitor and respond to reviews and comments on Glassdoor, Google Reviews, and Facebook.
• Provide creative input and manage the marketing collateral library, producing presentations, case studies, web content, newsletters, advertisements, and sales tools.
• Manage relationships with marketing vendors, including LinkedIn, BDN's web developer, and branded merchandise suppliers.
• Support talent acquisition marketing, including campus recruiting for the internship program and production hires.
• Oversee the Contractor Care Program and contractor marketing and communications, including the Contractor Loyalty and Recognition Program.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience and skills you'll need:
• At least five years of marketing experience, including at least three years leading marketing initiatives, teams, or cross-functional projects. Staffing-industry experience is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, including brand management, communications, demand generation, and collateral development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling messaging and content for employees, contractors, customers, and external partners.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including website and intranet content, SEO, AI optimization, PPC/search engine marketing, social media, email, and content marketing. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to lead by influence, coordinate cross-functional resources and third-party vendors, and collaborate effectively with Sales, Recruiting, and other internal teams.
• Experience managing marketing vendors, creative projects, websites, social media, events, online reputation, recruiting support, and contractor or customer engagement programs.
• Results-oriented approach with experience tracking leads, analyzing marketing metrics, measuring program performance, and demonstrating ROI.
