The position blends hands on FPGA and RTL design with advanced digital signal processing, supporting the full lifecycle from early research and proof of concept through production deployment in a collaborative, R&D environment. Responsibilities/skills: Design and implement FPGA-based solutions for real-time, centimeter-level micro-location systems Develop advanced DSP and IQ radio processing algorithms for high-precision positioning Optimize FPGA resource usage for high-speed interfaces and precision timing Prototype and productionize cutting-edge concepts Take concepts from proof-of-concept through production Qualifications: 5-7+ years of professional FPGA experience Strong FPGA/ASIC design and RTL implementation experience Expertise in DSP algorithms (FFT, filtering, modulation/demodulation) and IQ processing Thrive in fast-paced R&D with ambiguous challenges #IND1.
