Job description

The Copado CI/CD DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated Salesforce deployment pipelines using the Copado DevOps platform. The role focuses on enabling continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), version control, release management, and environment management to accelerate Salesforce application development while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and manage Copado CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce projects.
Integrate Salesforce environments with Git repositories.
Automate deployments, testing, and release processes across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
Implement branching strategies, version control, and release governance.
Troubleshoot deployment issues and ensure application stability.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Monitor pipeline performance and drive DevOps best practices.
Support automated testing tools and quality gates within the CI/CD process.
Ensure compliance with security, audit, and change management requirements.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience with Copado DevOps, Salesforce
Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD methodologies, and release management.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Understanding of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar.
Knowledge of Salesforce metadata, Apex, Lightning Components, and deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting, automation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification.
