The Capital Hotel is seeking an experienced and hands-on Chief Engineer to lead all aspects of hotel engineering, maintenance, safety, and asset preservation. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring our property's building systems, guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house operations are maintained to the highest standards while providing an exceptional experience for guests and associates.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who excels at leading teams, managing preventative maintenance programs, overseeing capital projects, and driving operational excellence.
