Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

We are seeking a motivated Advisory Services Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the consulting industry, working alongside experienced consultants on a variety of projects.

·       Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to support client projects

·       Contribute to the development of client presentations and reports, synthesizing data into actionable insights

·       Participate in team meetings, providing input and ideas for project strategies

·       Support project management tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups

·       Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data for decision-making purposes

·       Attend client meetings and assist in capturing key takeaways and action items

·       Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

·       Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures 

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 

·       Currently pursuing a Master’s degree or PhD in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, or a related field.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data

·       Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

·       Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

·       Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with Microsoft Dynamics

·       Previous internship or coursework in consulting or services firm environment or a fast-paced, startup environment

Physical Requirements: 

·       Must be able to work with a secure internet connection (if remote)

·       Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

·       Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
