Senior UI/UX Designer – Analytics Design Focus

We are seeking a data-driven Senior UI/UX Designer skilled at translating data and statistics into clear and compelling visual designs. Utilizing your passion for data visualization, you will work in close collaboration with our UX & Design team, Product Managers, Software Engineers, and our Customers to elevate the design and user experience of our products.

  • Possess a fundamental understanding of information hierarchy and have the ability to clearly express through design
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs related to business analytics and reporting, and translate requirements into captivating designs and effective interfaces
  • Partner closely with product managers to define hypotheses, create user stories, and identify KPIs that help us ensure we're solving the right problems in the right way
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, quickly iterating and pivoting when needed, to intelligently influence design decisions and priorities
  • Create industry-leading data visualizations based on an understanding of common data representation challenges and overall best practices in UX
  • Contribute to end-to-end conceptualization, testing, and design of clear and impactful visualizations that turn data and facts into an easily digestible dashboard for customers
  • Create wireframes and prototypes based on business requirements and in accordance with best practices and style guide
  • 5+ years of experience with UI/UX Design
  • Some experience designing analytics dashboards (data visualization)

Experience in prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc
