WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
This role sits within Global Planning and partners across Merchandising, Business Planning, Enterprise Business Planning, and Geo and Global teams to build consumer-right assortment plans, optimize business health, and connect product decisions to financial outcomes across the product life cycle.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Senior Assortment Planner for Global Accessories brings clarity, precision, and commercial instinct to the planning process. This person knows how to build bottom-up assortment plans that connect consumer demand, product potential, profitability, productivity, sales, margin, and inventory. They are a strong analytical thinker who can translate data into compelling recommendations, influence cross-functional partners, and make trade-offs that strengthen business outcomes. They will bring a current understanding of consumer and marketplace trends, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to evaluate style-level opportunities with discipline and speed. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across seasonal planning, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, inventory planning, and in-season optimization. They use statistical forecasting, data science, and new ways of working to make better decisions and move the business forward.
The candidate will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Merchandising, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • Requires a minimum of 3+ years of directly relevant work experience in assortment planning, financial planning, product planning, inventory planning, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence partners and deliver compelling, data-grounded communication.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quantify gaps to financial plans from a bottom-up perspective.
  • Experience leveraging analytics, statistical forecasting, data science, and evolving ways of working to develop plans and guide decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will build seasonal plans, manage rolling forecasts, and turn data into decisions that shape product, inventory, and financial outcomes. You will partner across functions to optimize plans from pre-season strategy through in-season execution.
  • Develop seasonal plans and monthly forecasts for sales, margin, and inventory at the style level, using analytics to support Sport financial goals.
  • Own bottom-up forecasts that inform manufacturing decisions and drive in-season optimization.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Business Planning, Enterprise Business Planning, and Geo and Global stakeholders to strengthen business health across the product life cycle.
  • Build pre-season style-level plans grounded in profitability, productivity, and consumer-centric assortment choices.
  • Recap and analyze business performance against forecast, then translate findings into monthly sales and inventory forecasts.
  • Analyze product performance, surface actionable insights, and communicate risks, opportunities, and forecast variance with clear action plans.
  • Support monthly and seasonal inventory and supply planning activities that help the team make sharper, faster decisions.
