Data Scientist IV:
Position Responsibilities:
Apply technical methods to data science problems supporting business and mission users. Understands Machine Learning and is able to apply machine learning, multivariable calculus, and linear algebra techniques and approaches, including but not limited to, k-nearest neighbors, random forests, and ensemble methods. Understands Data Visualization and is able to employ visualization and data to enable data driven decisions. Possesses an expert ability to describe findings and techniques tailored to the intended audience, including technical and nontechnical decision makers. Demonstrated experience with Python or R. Possesses knowledge and experience of advanced analytics, cloud architecture, and data storage.
