Whole Body Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to enhance our dedicated rehabilitation team in Frisco, Texas. Our outpatient clinic is designed with both functionality and comfort in mind, featuring state-of-the-art equipment and spacious treatment areas that promote an effective healing environment. You will work onsite, directly interacting with patients in a collaborative setting. This role requires engaging regularly with team members, including physiatrists, occupational therapists, and support staff, to provide integrated patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices, including therapeutic exercises and manual techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary, using objective data to track improvements and setbacks.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery practices, injury prevention strategies, and the use of therapeutic equipment to enhance their home exercise regimens.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment results meticulously, ensuring compliance with health regulations and clinic protocols.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care plans and share insights on new treatment methodologies.
• Guide and mentor less experienced staff and interns when necessary, fostering an environment of continuous learning.

As a Physical Therapist at Whole Body Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with a diverse population of outpatient clients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and those managing chronic pain conditions. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping patients regain functional movement, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Active Texas Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills effectively enhance patient interactions and collaborative work.
• Ability to create a supportive environment that empowers patients in their recovery process.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating an ability to manage a diverse caseload.
• Experience with specific rehabilitation techniques such as dry needling, Kinesio taping, or manual therapy is advantageous.
• Proficient in the use of electronic medical records software to maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation.

The annual salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
