Job description

This is not a typical internship - this is a front-row seat to real leadership, real responsibility, and real business impact. As an Intern at Chick-fil-A Hamilton & Wesley, you will not be observing from the sidelines — you will be actively leading teams, influencing operations, and helping drive the success of a multi-million-dollar business that serves thousands of guests each week. You will gain hands-on experience in leadership, operations, marketing, financial stewardship, and talent development while being mentored directly by an Owner / Operator and senior leadership team. This internship is designed to accelerate your growth, stretch your confidence, and equip you with practical skills that will prepare you to launch your career - whether your dreams are in business, entrepreneurship, corporate leadership, culinary, human resources, supply chain, marketing or owning your own Chick-fil-A one day. You will leave this experience not only with knowledge, but with proven leadership experience, measurable accomplishments, and the confidence to lead in any environment.

Thank you for your interest in the College Internship Program at Chick-fil-A Hamilton & Wesley.
