  • Consolidate data from ERP, accounting, sales, manufacturing, and production systems
  • Develop and maintain data models to improve reporting accuracy and usability
  • Document data sources, logic, and report definitions to promote transparency and consistency
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting outputs
  • Maintain reporting refresh schedules, user access controls, and documentation standards
  • Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes and data governance practices

Business Systems & Digitization Support

  • Serve as the business unit liaison for ERP enhancements, reporting improvements, and other digitization initiatives
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
  • Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), process maps, and use cases for internal IT teams or external implementation partners
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of system enhancements prior to production deployment
  • Assist with change management efforts, including documentation, training materials, and process communication
  • Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure systems and reporting tools meet business needs

Business Partnership

  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Deliver commercial analysis tied to daily sales activity and correlated with market conditions
  • Partner with Finance on profitability and margin analysis beyond standard financial statements
  • Support Operations with material planning data integrity improvements and process efficiency
  • Identify opportunities for trend analysis, basic forecasting, and development of core KPIs
  • Other duties as assigned
