Overview

Provide independent data science, machine learning, and analytical insights using member, financial, and organizational data to support mission critical decision making for various areas of the organization. Understand business needs and identify opportunities for new products, services, and process optimization to meet business objectives through the use of cutting-edge data science. Create descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive models and insights to drive impact across the organization. Conduct work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment. Intermediate professional within field; requires moderate skill set and proficiency in discipline

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and evaluate moderately complex predictive models and advanced algorithms
  • Identifies meaningful insights from large data and metadata sources by selecting and applying the most effective analytical tools, methodologies, and technologies

  • Lead the review and governance of pricing policies and portfolio performance, executing recurring pricing analyses, monitoring activities, and optimization initiatives to support strategic pricing decisions and governance committee discussions
  • Design and enhance pricing frameworks for Auto Lending products, leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and optimization techniques to evaluate pricing alternatives and inform business strategy
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and assess pricing experiments and test-and-learn initiatives, generating insights into borrower behavior and pricing elasticity across various pricing scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain deep industry expertise in the Direct and Indirect Auto Lending markets through competitive research, market intelligence, bureau data assessments, while supporting organizational knowledge-sharing and stakeholder education efforts
