As our Administrative Technician, you are the vital link between our pharmacy operations, the clinics we support, and the patients. You'll ensure total precision in our records, maintain clear communication with healthcare providers and patients, and drive excellence in our daily workflow.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Coordinate prescription processing, data entry, and refill requests.
  • Respond to calls of inquiries from patient, providers, and healthcare professionals with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Help maintain an organized workspace and support onboarding and training of new team members.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain a Provisional Pharmacy Technician License upon employment (VPI reimburses the full cost!)
  • Candidates who already hold an active Provisional or Certified Pharmacy Technician License are also welcome to apply!
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
