The pay range starts at $22/hr and goes up from there depending on experience and includes benefits PTO and 401k.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior warehouse or distribution experience preferred

  • Ability to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment preferred

  • Safe and conscientious driving skills.

  • Knowledge of basic computer systems

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Self motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good computer skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Your Mission:

  • Receive, store, and distribute products according to company procedures

  • Prepare and verify all outgoing orders

  • Monitor inventory accuracy and report discrepancies

  • Coordinate and prioritize daily receiving, stocking, and shipping activities

  • Manage technician truck inventory restocking

  • Support entry and tracking of procurement data

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

  • Assist with general warehouse cleaning and maintenance

Before You Leap:

Some positions require travel and overnight stays. Travel expenses will be covered by Nwestco, LLC

All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the following:

  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical with extensive lifting (up to 75 lb), twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting.

  • Must be 21+ years old and have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record for the past five years.
