Description

As a DC Deployment Team Lead, you will provide onsite leadership for deployment teams executing complex data center and network infrastructure projects. This role combines technical expertise, team leadership, project coordination, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for directing daily activities, assigning work, tracking project status, removing obstacles, and ensuring all deployments are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with quality and compliance standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Basic qualifications:

• 5+ years of industry experience in data center deployments, structured cabling, telecommunications, low-voltage systems, infrastructure installations, hardware deployment, or related technical environments.

• 3+ years of experience leading field teams, installation crews, or deployment technicians.

• Valid U.S. driver's license.

• Proven experience managing onsite teams and coordinating activities across multiple workstreams.

• Experience tracking project status, schedules, deliverables, risks, and escalations.

• Ability to manage relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize competing priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.

• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team-development capabilities.

• Experience driving successful project outcomes in fast-paced environments with aggressive timelines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while leading large cross-functional teams.

• Experience documenting deployment activities, validating implementation success, and maintaining project records.

• Proven ability to identify issues, remove barriers, and drive projects to successful completion.

• Familiarity with high-growth, large-scale deployment environments and complex infrastructure implementations.

This is a Contract position based out of Hermiston, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
