  • Provide product education and demonstrations on luxury appliance brands carried by the company.
  • Prepare appliance specifications and quotes for kitchen design and remodeling projects.

Sales Generation & Pipeline Development

  • Generate and manage project leads through professional partnerships and networking efforts.
  • Track and manage opportunities from initial referral through final sale.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of active design and construction projects.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Program Development & Strategic Growth

  • Partner with leadership to develop and refine the company’s strategy for the luxury appliance builder/designer channel.
  • Help define performance metrics, lead tracking systems, and reporting structures for this new business line.
  • Contribute to the development of programs such as a Preferred Partner Program for designers and builders.
  • Provide feedback on industry trends, client needs, and market opportunities.

Brand Representation

  • Represent the company and its luxury appliance brands with professionalism and high-touch customer service.
  • Maintain a polished and knowledgeable presence when interacting with designers, builders, and high-end clientele.
  • Participate in brand training and occasional marketing initiatives, including media or promotional appearances when appropriate.

Compensation Structure

This role will operate under a salary-to-commission transition structure designed to support business development during the initial growth phase.

  • Initial compensation will include a base salary.
  • Over time, compensation will transition toward a primarily commission-based structure tied to project sales and revenue generation.

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with kitchen designers, cabinet designers, or residential builders
  • Sales experience involving premium or luxury products
  • Project management experience in residential construction, design, or renovation environments
  • Experience managing client relationships throughout multi-stage projects

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism and client service orientation
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
