What Youll Do


  • Set up and support computers, laptops, printers, and other devices
  • Help install and configure new workstations and equipment
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist with Wi-Fi, networking equipment, and system maintenance
  • Support employee onboarding with device setup and account access
  • Help maintain secure and updated systems
  • Participate in hands-on projects including equipment installs and office setup
  • Travel locally to support nearby clinic locations when needed


What Were Looking For


  • Current student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 and computer setup
  • Interest in networking, troubleshooting, and IT support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and work hands-on in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for local travel


Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Active Directory
Exposure to networking concepts (Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, routers, etc.)
