This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of technology and analytics professionals while contributing to innovative academic programs in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, and Artificial Intelligence. What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively teach and mentor undergraduate and/or graduate students.
  • Commitment to working on campus and actively participating in face-to-face teaching, mentoring, and university service.

Preferred Qualifications
We're especially interested in candidates who bring one or more of the following:
  • Professional actuarial credentials (ASA, FSA, ACAS, or FCAS).
  • Experience supporting or contributing to Society of Actuaries Center of Actuarial Excellence (CAE) initiatives.
  • Knowledge of contemporary software engineering principles and modern software development practices.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence technologies, including generative AI tools used to support software development and programming.
  • Evidence of scholarly productivity, applied research, industry engagement, or professional practice.
