Job Profile
Job Summary
Work in a challenging but rewarding environment with like-minded, mission-oriented team members. The right candidate will be able to work collaboratively but independently, possess strong clinical and communication skills, and be highly accountable. This person should be comfortable performing intake health assessments, procedural based urgent care, chronic care, and emergency stabilizing care to individuals in custody at the Harris County Jail. The candidate may provide back-up/flexibility to the general provider workforce. Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees:
- Bachelor of Science: Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant program by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), PA-C.
