AI and Machine Learning Adjunct Faculty

South College Online seeks candidates for an adjunct Computer Science faculty member. Successful candidates will have a minimum of a masters degree in Computer Science, and preference will be given to candidates who have successfully taught Computer Science courses in the online format. The position is online remote and will report directly to the Department Chair for Computer Science.


Specific course needs are as follows:

  • AI and Machine Learning
  • Data Mining
  • Applied Artificial Intelligence
  • Machine Learning
  • Computer Vision and Sensors
  • Decision Networks and Graphs.
Requirements:

Education

Candidates must evidence the following:

  • A minimum of a masterโ€™s degree in the specific subject matter field (doctorate preferred)
  • 18 graduate hours in Machine Learning, AI, and/or Algorithms
  • Experience teaching similar courses at a higher education institute.

Preference will be given for candidates with experience teaching online.
