About the Company
This organization designs and manufactures custom industrial equipment used in process-driven manufacturing environments. Their systems support customers that require highly engineered solutions involving mechanical assemblies, process piping, and specialized production equipment.
The company offers a hands-on engineering environment where designers work closely with experienced engineers, production teams, and purchasing to bring equipment from concept through manufacturing. Because products are custom-built rather than mass-produced, employees have the opportunity to be involved in a wide variety of projects and gain exposure to mechanical design, fabrication processes, system layouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term engineering career while developing advanced CAD and mechanical design skills. The company provides mentorship, technical training, and opportunities to work directly on equipment that is designed and manufactured in the United States.
