What is an internship computer science apprenticeship?

An Internship Computer Science Apprenticeship is a structured program that combines classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience in computer science. Participants gain hands-on skills in areas such as programming, software development, and IT support while working alongside experienced professionals. These apprenticeships are designed to help individuals build foundational knowledge and prepare for a career in technology. They often last several months and may lead to full-time job opportunities or further education. The program is ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to break into the tech industry.

You'll often work under the guidance of experienced engineers who provide mentorship and feedback, helping you build both technical and professional skills. While the specific projects may vary, you’ll likely work in an agile team environment, participate in code reviews, and contribute to real-world applications or features.
