GPI is seeking a
Junior Graphic Designer with 0-2 years of experience for our Bridgewater, NJ office to support visual communications, marketing, proposal, and business development efforts. You will report directly to the Senior Graphic Designer and work alongside a collaborative creative team focused on developing graphics, proposal materials, presentations, visualizations, and marketing materials that help communicate complex infrastructure and engineering projects clearly and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with senior leadership and engineers to ensure technical and non-technical graphics are easy for stakeholders to understand
- Create marketing materials within an existing brand style guide (brochures, advertisements, large scale display boards, trade show banners)
- Assist in the development of conceptual renderings, photo simulations, and visualizations for infrastructure and transportation projects
- Develop compelling presentations using PowerPoint and other presentation technologies
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 0-2 years' experience
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Interest or experience in motion graphics, video editing, and/or 3D modeling software is a plus
- Interest in technologies such as AI and VR is encouraged
- Sound organizational, time-management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, are a must
Requirements
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report (MVR) for final consideration
- Read, write, and understand plans and directions given in the English language
- Basic computer skills with the ability to create and edit Microsoft Word and Excel documents, create Outlook emails and utilize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams to communicate with other team members
