Build the Future of Home Improvement with Renuity

At Renuity, we've brought together some of America's most trusted home improvement brands under one roof with one goal—to transform the home renovation experience.

From custom closets and beautiful bathrooms to exterior home upgrades, we help homeowners create spaces they love with a process that's seamless from start to finish. With operations in 38 states and growing, we're redefining what home improvement looks like—and we're just getting started.

If you're looking for an opportunity to make an impact with a growing company, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a CAD Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our custom closet projects are accurate, production-ready, and set up for successful installation. Working closely with our Design, Manufacturing, and Installation teams, you'll help move projects from concept to completion while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Exporting and preparing design files for production (ClosetPro, CSV, etc.)

  • Verifying measurements, wall dimensions, and job specifications

  • Reviewing approved designs to ensure they are production and installation ready

  • Coordinating special-order materials and supporting production scheduling

  • Troubleshooting installation questions and providing technical support to field teams

  • Visiting customer homes as needed to verify measurements or resolve project issues

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ year of CAD or technical drafting experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new software

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Ability to work independently while partnering across multiple teams

Ideal Backgrounds

This position is a great fit for individuals with experience in:

  • Custom closets or cabinetry

  • Residential remodeling or home improvement

  • CAD drafting or technical design

  • Installation, production planning, or project coordination

  • Experience with Closet Factory or similar organizations is a plus

  • This role is ideal for someone with hands-on installation or construction experience who also enjoys technical problem-solving, CAD, and project coordination.

Pay & Benefits
  • Competitive hourly pay

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits

  • Paid time off and company holidays

  • Career growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding organization

  • Collaborative, team-oriented work environment

  • Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)

  • Occasional Saturdays based on project volume
