Job Description
As a student intern on our Survey team, you will perform meaningful, hands-on, real-world work that will transform your classroom experience and help you envision your future career. Working alongside experienced surveyors and designers, you will assist with the preparation of survey deliverables and construction documents for a variety of projects.
You will support the Survey team by utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D and other drafting software to prepare topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, easement exhibits, legal descriptions, and construction staking exhibits. You will be responsible for organizing survey data, assisting with mapping and drafting tasks, and preparing project documentation that supports our clients and project teams. This position is office-based and focused on drafting, design support, and document production rather than field surveying activities. The internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in surveying workflows, drafting standards, and land development projects while working closely with experienced professionals.
