Position Overview
CSlope Solutions LLC is seeking two Junior Web Developers to join the NAVSUP Enterprise Web (NEW) development team. This role is designed for early-career developers who will grow rapidly under senior mentorship while contributing to real enterprise features for Navy global logistics systems. Responsibilities are supervised and well-structured, with increasing autonomy as performance demonstrates readiness.
Key Responsibilities
PWS Reference Responsibility
PWS §5.1 Assist in the development and maintenance of Navy enterprise web sites; implement front-end components, fix defects, and support content updates.
PWS §5.2 Support web application development tasks assigned by Senior and Journeyman developers; write and unit-test assigned code modules.
Learning &
Growth Participate in code reviews, team training sessions, and documentation activities to build technical depth rapidly.
Support Tasks Perform research spikes, produce technical summaries, and assist with environment setup, dependency management, and configuration tasks.
Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years of web development experience (internship, co-op, or professional).
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Exposure to at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, Vue.js) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to use version control (Git) for basic workflows: clone, commit, push, pull request.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a structured federal IT environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or demonstrable equivalent skills).
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior internship or coursework involving government or enterprise systems.
