Critical appraisal or design of knowledge representations based on cognitive, social, or organizational theories suitable in the context of real problems, such as the analysis of genomic or clinical data in the electronic health record (EHR). Studies and develops models to translate clinical data, information and knowledge for use in complex analytics and algorithms. Develops frameworks for cataloging and indexing datasets and algorithms. Expert in the informatics methods used to analyze data and deep knowledge of healthcare data types, topics, approaches, and scientific challenges.
