Full-Time | In-Person | ABA Therapy

Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a clinic-based ABA role in Silver Spring, Maryland. This position is ideal for a BCBA seeking consistent clinic hours, manageable caseloads, strong supervision support, and high-quality ABA programming.

We are a clinician-led organization focused on evidence-based ABA therapy, ethical care, and measurable outcomes for children with autism (ASD).

ABA BCBA Position Overview

The BCBA will provide ABA therapy supervision, behavior assessments (FBAs), treatment planning, and RBT supervision in a structured clinic setting. This role emphasizes clinical quality, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Key BCBA Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and skill-based assessments

  • Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

  • Provide BCBA supervision to RBTs/Behavior Technicians and ensure treatment fidelity

  • Analyze session data and adjust ABA programs for skill acquisition and behavior reduction

  • Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching

  • Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with insurance and Maryland LBA requirements

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary providers

BCBA Qualifications (Required)
  • Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
