Full-Time or Part-Time | Center-Based & In-Home

You’ll work 1:1 with children with autism, helping them build essential skills while being part of a supportive team. 

No prior ABA experience? No problem!  

We provide comprehensive training and RBT certification as well as constant mentoring so you can feel confident stepping into this rewarding role.

  • Competitive pay: $18-$23/hour, based on experience and location

  • Flexible schedules: Choose from morning, afternoon, or early evening shifts

  • Full-time and part-time roles available (minimum 15 hours/week)

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification support

  • Mileage reimbursement for in-home services

What You'll Do:

  • Work 1:1 with children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

  • Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA

  • Help children develop communication, social, play, and life skills

  • Accurately track data and progress in real-time

  • Provide support in both structured settings and natural environments

  • Partner with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home

  • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing clinical training

Scheduling & Compensation

  • $18-$23/hour depending on qualifications and market

  • Work close to home; we serve families throughout Southfield and surrounding areas

You’re a strong fit if you:
