About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) achieve their goals and thrive? Join our team at Creative Interventions - Achievement Clinic serving children ages 2-6, conveniently located right off the highway in Windsor, CT. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct one-on-one therapy and be part of a team that changes lives for the better.

As an RBT, you’ll work closely with a team of professionals to implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role offers an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with ASD and related developmental disabilities
  • A passion for working with children and families
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field
  • Experience in clinical or educational settings
  • Familiarity with data collection and analysis
  • Prior experience in ABA therapy
  • Completion of RBT training and certification

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to children with ASD and related developmental disabilities
  • Collect, record, and analyze data to track client progress
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to ensure treatment effectiveness
  • Uphold professional and ethical standards at all times
