Job description

We are seeking to hire part-time experienced, qualified and attentive commercial cleaners to join our A+ cleaning team! Under direct and immediate supervision, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in county buildings, offices and schools.
Responsibilities:

  • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
  • Perform heavy and intense cleaning duties
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Organize custodial closets and spaces
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
  • Vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping and mopping floors
  • Emptying trash and cleaning bins
  • Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
  • Reporting all defects/hazards immediately to your immediate supervisor

​Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Team focused approach requiring ability to work with others and take directions.
  • Working knowledge of cleaning methods, safety practices, equipment and supplies
  • Excellent work history
  • Reliable transportation

Experience:

  • Experience in custodial upkeep of commercial and or public buildings is helpful
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Shift:

· Monday - Friday

· 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
