Key Job Responsibilities:

• Advises and enforces Institution policies related to services in Student Affairs

• Monitors, evaluates, and modifies processes, procedures, and/or standards, ensuring alignment with the Institution's mission, values, goals, and objectives, as well as all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

• May monitor the program budget and approve expenditures

• Plans, organizes, administers, and manages processes and operations related to assigned area(s) of responsibility

• Schedules logistics and secures resources to support the operational plans of the program or unit

• Serves as the program or unit liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups

• May exercise supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 FTE or equivalent employees

Compensation:
The starting salary for the position is$60,000(butis negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
This position has the possibility to be extended or converted to an ongoing appointment based on need and/or funding.

Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated working knowledgewith undergraduate and graduate education in a university setting - including curricular and extra-curricular activities.
Professional experience andstrong demonstrated skillsin facilitation,managingstakeholder relations, development, and stewardship.
Demonstrated skills and/or professional work experienceinvolvingcommunity-engaged research activities and service learning.
Preferred Qualifications: Relevant professional experience and/or formal education inhumanservices&civil societyandcommunityand nonprofit (third sector) studies, and human development and families.
Education: Advanced coursework or degreein Human Ecology ora relatedfieldis preferred
