Job Description

The successful UCaaS Channel Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing client relationships for cloud‑based communication solutions, including voice, video, messaging, and collaboration platforms. This position is a hunting role focused on recruiting new partners and generating new logos.

The role requires learning current and emerging products, becoming a trusted advisor for partners, blending sales, consulting, and customer success to help businesses modernize their communications infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Recruit and maintain relationships with assigned channel partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support.
  • Train partners on UCaaS & AI‑enabled products, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Assist partners with sales strategies, demos, and proposals.
  • Work with partners to identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities.
  • Help drive partner‑generated pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales engineers, marketing, operations) to support quoting, pricing, and contract processes.
  • Monitor partner performance and pipeline activity.
  • Maintain accurate records in Hubspot.
  • Stay informed on UCaaS trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Strong existing relationships with VARs/MSPs/MSSPs/System Integrators.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
