Primary Responsibilities
  • Experience operating CCTV/sewer-inspection camera systems: setting up the camera, launching from manholes, positioning, controlling lighting, capturing video.
  • Knowledge of wastewater collection systems, manholes, sewer mains, laterals, and how condition issues appear on video (e.g., cracks, root intrusion, infiltration, blockages).
  • Ability to interact with other teams (maintenance/repair crews, engineers, customers/community) and provide feedback on inspection results or required remediation.
  • Ability to write clear inspection reports, document findings (video logs, photographs, condition codes).
  • Knowledge of safety protocols: traffic control when working on street or in roadways, personal protective equipment (PPE), OSHA or equivalent; perhaps confined-space training/certification.
  • Run sewer sales calls that are predominately set by our sewer service technicians
  • Camera and inspect the line to determine the scope of work necessary
  • Present the solution and walk the customer through their buying process
  • Facilitate sales by coordinating with insurance adjusters and securing financing
  • Follow up on unsold estimates
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth job
  • Follow up with completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications
  • - Service Titan Knowledge
  • - Certification in inspection protocol (e.g., NASSCO PACP/LACP/MACP) is preferred.
  • - Wastewater collection system operator license is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong customer service orientation with a high sense of urgency.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of related field experience.
  • Some exposure to plumbing, utility work, or mechanical/electrical systems.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces.
