Job description

Our client, an industrial building fabricator, is seeking a Mechanical CAD Design Supervisor to join their team. As a Mechanical CAD Design Supervisor, you will be part of the Design Engineering Team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with coordinating the daily operations of the computer Aided Design (CAD) team, ensuring high quality technical drawings, models, and documentation that support engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, workflow management, and cross department collaboration to maintain accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all design outputs. The role will not support candidates with H1B or sponsorship restrictions. The role is located in the Madison, WI area with strong preferences being given to candidates local to the Madison market. This is a direct hire status position.

Pay: $38-$42/hr. plus OT, benefits
