The Project Manager facilitates the execution of project/program solution plan for clearly defined sub-projects or sub-programs. This role requires the coordination and delivery of multiple, simultaneous projects considered small to medium in complexity with financial impact between $100K to multimillion dollar projects.
As a Project Manager, you will:
  • Own project financials, including billing, cost tracking, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead execution across all project phases to deliver on scope, schedule, and quality
  • Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain project schedules; coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Review plans, specifications, and documentation to define project scope and intent
  • Lead and support project teams, including technicians and subcontractors
  • Track project progress, resources, and key milestones; document impacts to scope and schedule
  • Identify and manage change orders and project-specific billing activities
  • Coordinate materials, commissioning activities, and project closeout documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, including OSHA and company policies

You will make an impact with these qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working with commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls, including installation, programming, commissioning, or servicing in a commercial or industrial environment.
  • 1+ years project coordination/management, engineering internship, military, or related work experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams
  • Ability to learn industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet
  • Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with limited violations
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
  • High School Diploma or state-recognized GED

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates degree or bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of technical experience in the HVAC, commercial building automation controls or fire and life safety
  • 3+ years preferred Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet
  • Project managers who have worked for mechanical contractor or electrical contractors or MEP trade

The pay range for this position is $75,684 - $129,744 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
