If you're a Licensed Esthetician or a Registered Nurse with a passion for the science of beauty, The Spa with MLR is where your next chapter begins.
We don't just offer "facials" we deliver transformation. As part of our team, you'll be at the helm of the industry's most advanced technology, from Hydra-facials and Skin-Pen Micro-needling to medical-grade weight loss and lash artistry. We pride ourselves on a culture where your professional growth is just as important as our guests' results.
The Role: Aesthetic Critical Care Nurse
We are seeking a high-caliber RN who blends clinical precision with an eye for aesthetic symmetry. In this role, you aren't just an injector; you are a specialist managing the full spectrum of patient care from routine neuromodulators to complex aesthetic cases.
What You'll Do:

  • Precision Artistry: Administer Neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and Dermal Fillers with a deep understanding of facial anatomy.
  • Advanced Procedures: Perform chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and energy-based device treatments under a Laser Safety Certification.
  • Expert Oversight: Lead patient consultations, manage informed consent, and provide expert Complication Management (e.g., vascular occlusions or adverse reactions).
  • Safety First: Utilize your critical thinking to monitor patient status, manage IV therapies, and maintain ACLS protocols in a fast-paced MedSpa environment.
  • Holistic Care: Create customized home-care regimens and post-procedure plans to ensure long-lasting results.
What You'll Need to Join Us:
  • Licensure: A current State license.
  • Education: BSN preferred (Associate/Diploma accepted with relevant experience).
  • Specialized Skills: Proven training in fillers and neuromodulators is a must.
  • Certifications: You'll need a Laser Safety Certification and ACLS (within one year of hire).
  • Ambition: We support your journey toward becoming a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) or maintaining your CCRN/PCCN credentials.
