Our Team
Our team supports clients using both our pre-trade TCA (Transaction Cost Analysis) tool, and our premium post-trade TCA and regulatory reporting tools: BTCA and RHUB. BTCA consolidates trade data from Bloomberg and third-party sources into a single portal, delivering actionable insights to evaluate trade execution performance, meet best execution requirements, and support compliance workflows, including market abuse monitoring. RHUB is a global, multi-asset regulatory reporting suite of tools that help clients stay compliant by compiling and validating their trade and transaction data and reporting it to the relevant regulators, all in a single dashboard.
This team sits within the larger Enterprise Services group, operating as a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-touch environment supporting both buy-side and sell-side professionals who rely on our market-leading trading platforms. Our clients strive to achieve best execution across multiple asset classes using Bloomberg tools and integrations with Bloomberg and third-party Order Management Systems. These complex workflows require specialized expertise and market-leading support.
We are looking for an experienced individual contributor to join our team and provide high quality support to our clients and make an impact to the organization.
What's The Role?
This role consists of two main portions:
On-Queue:
In this role, you will develop strong product expertise in BTCA to deliver high-quality support to our clients. You will need to build knowledge and understanding of multi-asset trading workflows and market structure, as well as how our clients operate and use our products.
Off-Queue:
You will contribute to broader team and department initiatives outside of the queue. This can include participating in projects, creating tools and documentation for internal use, and sharing knowledge to support team and departmental development. This can also include impactful client-related engagements.
You'll need to have:
โ€ข Knowledge of equity trading workflows. Knowledge of trading workflows for other asset classes preferred but not required.
โ€ข A real passion for building positive relationships with clients and internal colleagues
โ€ข Be a self-starter and a proactive collaborator with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills
โ€ข Excellent customer service skills
We would love to see:
โ€ข A background in trading, transaction cost analytics, or trade compliance/surveillance
โ€ข Strong data analysis skills
โ€ข Some knowledge of creating reports using Power BI
โ€ข Experience using the Bloomberg Terminal
Salary Range = 120,000 - 150,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
