We are Hiring for Sr. Manufacturing Engineer – GA Dimensional Engineering in Tempe or Casa Grand AZ
Location : Arizona - Tempe or Casa Grand
Onsite Only
 
Team & Role Overview
This role sits within the Manufacturing & Engineering organization and focuses on maintaining and improving product quality through dimensional engineering. The work is hands-on, fast-changing, and highly collaborative. You’ll support product changes, vendor coordination, fixture design, and the transition of finalized designs into production.
This is a newly shaped role with real ownership and room to influence how the function evolves.

What You’ll Do
  • Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and technical drawings to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Apply and validate GD&T requirements across parts, assemblies, and fixtures.
  • Design and integrate manufacturing fixtures that support process flow, ergonomics, and automation.
  • Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to improve fit, function, and quality.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality, and vendor teams on design and process improvements.
  • Support smooth handoff of updated products into production.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in dimensional or manufacturing engineering.
  • Strong expertise in GD&T.
  • 5+ years of CAD experience (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and bring innovative ideas.
  • Experience with metrology, SPC, or quality systems is a plus.
