Job description

Our client, a hedge fund located in Norwalk, CT is seeking an HR Analyst to join their team. This individual will have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with the ability to support employees at all levels.


Job Details

Job Title: HR Analyst

Company: Hedge Fund

Location: Norwalk, CT โ€“ 4 days in the office 1 day WFH

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm

Salary: $80k-$85k base plus Bonus Eligible plus Great Benefits!




Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day HR inquires and support employees at all levels.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, employment authorization verification, and Day 1 orientation logistics.
  • Handle full cycle immigration process including visa renewals, applications, renewal tracking and extensions.
  • Work with the global HR Business Partners(HRBPS) and legal teams on global relocations, transfers, and short-term assignments.
  • Manage the offboarding workflow for voluntary and involuntary separations, including coordination with managers, HRBPS, and Payroll.
  • Handling HR audits, EEO reporting, administer required trainings, make legal postings, annual refresher background checks and manage additional HR compliance related activities.
  • Complete employment verifications, process workerโ€™s compensation claims and complete FMLA and STD paperwork.
  • Manage Work Day processes, ensuring data accuracy and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Create and maintain recurring reports and respond to data requests from various departments.
