Job description

We are a large growing mechanical contractor that works on many large mechanical electrical projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth. Responsibilities: Manage and mentor branch office in San Diego Area, and coordinate with other office.

Bid-on and accurately attain maintenance service agreements on light commercial projects, Increase, manage, and improve Electrical Service Department's revenue and profitability. Which may include business development by traveling to job sites, among other tasks. Work closely with clients, and 1-3 leading field technicians as well as other office staff-members.

Requirements: Local Stable work history. 3+ years of experience in Electrical Service Management. Strong knowledge in: State Building Codes, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), among other CRM software is a plus.
