Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provide direct ABA therapy to children with IDD and/or Autism
  • Implement behavioral interventions to teach skills and/or address problem behaviors
  • Assist BCBA in intervention program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Document treatment progress and collect treatment data
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and submit within a timely manner
  • Communicates regularly with BCBA and all treatment team members
  • Assist BCBA in assessments and data analysis
  • Attend required meetings and trainings to remain in compliance with the BACB and state regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Applicant Qualities and Requirements:



  • BA/BS degree in Psychology, Education, or Special Education or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent social skills and good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and also function well as part of a team
  • Optimistic enthusiastic, self-motivated, and energetic
  • Valid PA Driver’s License, proof of auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle to travel between appointments
  • Pass a driver's license background check.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential (preferred)
  • Experience in working with nonverbal children (preferred)
  • Knowledge in Crisis Prevention Intervention (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus!

Ability to:



  1. physically bend, squat, extend arms, reach over shoulders and outward
  2. Ability to sustain energy level that can keep up with active children
  3. Ability to lift, pull and/or push at least 30 lbs
  4. Negative TB test results (completed within the last year)
