Job Summary:
River Road Asset Management is a leading provider of value-oriented equity asset management services. They are seeking a detail-oriented IT Coordinator to support day-to-day technology operations and automation initiatives, providing technical support and contributing to various IT projects.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Providing first-level technical support to associates, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
โ€ข Assisting with user account management, including onboarding/offboarding tasks using Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and related tools.
โ€ข Monitoring system and network performance, identifying issues, and helping maintain software licenses and upgrade schedules.
โ€ข Supporting IT projects such as SharePoint migrations, system upgrades, and implementation of new tools.
โ€ข Building or enhancing automated workflows and assisting in migrating legacy processes to modern platforms.
โ€ข Collaborating with the firmโ€™s external IT provider to resolve escalated issues.
โ€ข Documenting processes, creating user guides, and improving internal knowledge resources.
