Job description


Job Title: Enrollment Marketing Intern
Job Classification: Marketing and Communications, Student

Job Description:
The Enrollment Marketing Intern will work alongside the Assistant Director of Marketing Strategy in the Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences to support the development, implementation, and evaluation of data-informed marketing strategies for online and hybrid graduate programs.
This position offers practical training and experience with marketing strategy, data analysis, visualization, and interpretation, and day-to-day marketing projects in a professional setting.
This is a hybrid position with required weekly in-person meetings and work sessions with the supervisor. Other assigned work may be completed remotely on a flexible schedule.
All applicants must submit a resume and cover letter for consideration. Applicants with graphic design experience are also encouraged to submit a portfolio or examples of their work.
Responsibilities
• Research peer and competitor graduate programs, student audiences, employment trends, salaries, and industry demand.
• Organize findings into comparison charts, research summaries, and project documents.
• Conduct social listening and review online conversations, comments, and trends to identify prospective student questions, interests, perceptions, and emerging themes.
• Audit website content for outdated information, broken links, typos, inconsistencies, accessibility issues, and content gaps.
• Draft first-pass web and email copy and create basic graphic assets for print, digital, and social media.
• Provide administrative and project support for college marketing initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Current Baylor University student.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Available for consistent in-person meetings and work sessions with the supervisor during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm)
• Dependable, detail-oriented, professional, and able to communicate clearly.
• Creative, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently, collaborate with others, and apply feedback.
• Able to follow University policies and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
• Coursework or experience in statistics, data analysis, research, marketing, graphic design, or communications.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools.
