WAREHOUSE & OPERATIONS INTERN – NOW HIRING
Mac Properties
Mac Properties is seeking a motivated Warehouse & Operations Intern to support our maintenance supply and warehouse operations. This internship provides hands-on exposure to inventory management, purchasing processes, and operational systems used to support a large multifamily portfolio.
We are excited to welcome interns for our busiest season of the year! The pay rate for this role is $18/hour.
What You’ll Do
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing maintenance supplies
  • Support inventory tracking, cycle counts, and basic auditing tasks
  • Help process purchase orders (POs) and verify documentation accuracy
  • Enter and update data in inventory and procurement systems
  • Assist warehouse staff with deliveries, organization, and staging materials
  • Support reporting and administrative tasks related to operations
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate preferred
  • Interest in operations, supply chain, property management, or logistics
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, data entry, and basic systems navigation)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
