Role: Front End Java Developer
Location: Peoria IL
Duration: 12 Months
Required
Person must be able to work both independently and in a teaming environment. Must be very organized and able to learn new technologies through self-learning techniques, and very adaptable to change. Collaboration skills and performance driven attitude with strong sense of accountability and drive to get results is required.
Person must be proficient in following:
• JAVA, JavaScript, Nodejs, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, XML, SQL, HTML5, and CSS3
• Swagger, Bootstrap, GIT, Cardova, VueJS, Gradle
• Unit and functional testing
• API design and development including RESTful API
• Responsive Design (mobility) development
• Prior experience with Object Oriented Design Patterns
• Prior experience with Agile development (SCRUM)
• Prior experience with Cloud
Desirable
• Experience with Oracle, SQL DB.
• Understanding of Eclipse development tool is a plus.
• Experience with OAuth
• Prior experience with Azure Cloud and VSTS
Responsibilities
This position is for a senior Java Software Developer, who will play a key role in developing Technical Information Services Digital Experience across electronic media, and service delivery channels. Key responsibilities include analysis, design, development, implementation, and testing in a high performing, experienced team. You will use industry best practices while producing high-quality front-end solutions in a collaborative, agile, results driven environment.
