Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling heavy industrial trailer axles. This role involves using hand tools and impact guns, similar to an automotive assembly line, but on a smaller scale. You will work at various stations, performing the same assembly job on each axle, with opportunities to progress to different assembly functions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble heavy industrial trailer axles using hand tools and impact guns.
• Work on an assembly line, moving from one assembly station to another.
• Perform consistent assembly tasks at designated stations.
• Participate in different assembly functions as skills and experience progress.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in heavy industrial assembly is a plus.

Work Environment

This position operates on a first shift schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The work environment is similar to an automotive assembly line but smaller in scale, requiring attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
