Job description

This position will be located in our Plant 5, Ti-Cast Operation, and will support manufacturing through process control and improvement initiatives, assume responsibility for integrity for assigned product, establish and maintain external and internal customer contacts, document and prepare part specific work instruction, maintain knowledge of job cost, and develop/implement appropriate plans to improve profitability.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution in the following disciplines: Materials or Metallurgical Engineering
  • 1 year of work experience in an Engineering role (Co-Op or internship experience will be considered as work experience)
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel, excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work in a self-directed or team environment, and have good organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ABS
  • 1-3 years' experience using AS9100 or AS13100 Quality Management Systems
  • Strong analytical abilities
